[3:22:47 PM] Brian Valera: I went to school unusually early, about 2 hours before class actually started

[3:29:27 PM] Brian Valera: and saw that I had 30 minutes before class started so I figured “hey, I’m just gonna check up on Austin and see if I can talk to him about the game and pitch in these animal ideas”
[3:30:25 PM] Brian Valera: So I sat down next to him and the first thing he does is tell me that he liked working with clay so much (from the assignment we’re currently doing) that he bought some and did a little sculpture
[3:32:09 PM] Brian Valera: and he was like “wanna see?” and I said “yeah sure that’s c—” and I see a picture of an eevee(?) on top of a Shaymin(?) that’s laying on its back and
[3:32:44 PM] Brian Valera: I tried to give the most indirect and polite compliment I could muster without asking any questions, and when the conversation ended, it was followed by silence
[3:33:17 PM] Brian Valera: followed by “I bet you’re wondering what they’re doing, right?” and I was like “uhh… I’m assuming they’re just playing together, yeah”
[3:34:18 PM] Brian Valera: and he said “well it’s a bit more than that. It’s based on a fan-pokemon RP I had with someone and these RPs are kind of… you know…” and I think I just gave a polite half-smile
[3:35:08 PM] Brian Valera: and to make things not so awkward, I said something about how I’ve never done RPs but I’d probably be awful at them and he said “oh you know, maybe if you’re up for it, we could RP some time”
[3:35:35 PM] Brian Valera: and I quickly switched to “SO ANYWAY, I MADE THESE DESIGNS…”
[3:36:06 PM] Brian Valera: and immediately after showing my first design, he pulled his phone out to show me the entire transcript of his RP session and told me to read it

[3:57:36 PM] Brian Valera: Oh, not to mention that he then followed it by asking me if I watched any Yugi-Oh parody videos and proceeded to put one up in his phone before I could even answer
[3:57:45 PM] Brian Valera: so there I was, sitting next to Austin
[3:57:58 PM] Brian Valera: watching Yugi-Oh parody vids at full-volume in the hallway
[3:58:25 PM] Brian Valera: slowly backing away from him, hoping I would get a chance to go to the bathroom or go into the classroom because the teacher just arrived
